Terms of use

Rules for using the Joone Ateljee website and studio services in Tallinn.

Agreement

By using hndipelar.top or booking services with Joone Ateljee at Telliskivi 60a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book sessions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumer rights under Estonian and EU law remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

Studio services

Classes and open studio seats are offered subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation by email. Fees, materials lists, and session lengths are stated in the confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the first attended session of a term block.

Cancellations by the participant more than forty-eight hours before a single session may be rescheduled once within the same term when seats exist. Later cancellations are generally non-refundable except where Estonian consumer cooling-off rules apply to distance contracts. If Joone Ateljee cancels a session, we offer a replacement date or a refund for that session.

Studio conduct

Participants must follow safety guidance for solvents, blades, and electrical equipment. Open flames are prohibited. Photographing other participants or their work requires consent. Joone Ateljee may refuse entry or end a session if behaviour endangers people, property, or the quiet working atmosphere of the room.

Artwork created during sessions remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited right to photograph unfinished works in situ for internal teaching notes only, not for public marketing, unless you give separate written permission.

Website content

Timetables, prices, and descriptions on this website may change. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is complete at all times. The site is provided “as available.” We are not liable for temporary outages, browser incompatibilities, or third-party link content beyond what Estonian mandatory law requires.

Liability

Within the limits of Estonian law, Joone Ateljee is not liable for indirect losses arising from studio attendance or website use. We maintain ordinary care of the premises; participants remain responsible for personal belongings and for using materials as instructed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where such limitation is unlawful.

Contact and disputes

Questions about these terms: [email protected], +372 641 3382. Consumers may also seek help from the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority where applicable. Courts in Tallinn have jurisdiction for disputes unless mandatory consumer venue rules say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting. Last updated: August 2026.
